Washington, DC: In President Joe Biden’s 2023 budget which has been released is a new tax on the wealthiest Americans making over $100 million. This would help lower the deficit and raise revenue to help fund increase military spending, funding the police, aide for Ukraine and increases to education, public health and housing as well. The budget will cost almost $5.8 trillion.
