Trans-Dmester, Moldova: Near the Ukrainian border in Moldova, 2 explosions occured to a radio station which broadcasts Russian radio and knocked a pair of radio antennas, which caused it to be knocked off the air. No one was injured. The section of Moldova has been under Russian control since the war in 1992.
