10/15/2021-Laurel, MS, a mother, Kishawna Jackson 34, and her companion, Zachary Combest 31, were arrested after they locked her 2 daughters, 12 & 16, in a U-Haul van, while they ate at a Waffle House. The van had no ventilation with a mattress and blankets. The 16 year old girl has special needs and is also autistic. The mother had a room at a motel next door to the Waffle House.
