10/15/2021-Washington, DC, The Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, a government watchdog group, filed an ethics complaint against Jen Psaki, the White House Press Secretary, for a violation of the Hatch Act where it appeared to endorse the former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, who’s running again for his former job. The Hatch Act prevents federal employees from endorsing candidates while performing their official duties.
