6:17 AM: In Mariupol, Ukraine, a pregnant woman’s and baby died after Russia bombed a maternity ward. The woman died and the hospital tried to deliver it, but it was born without a heartbeat.
6:39 AM: Russia continued attacking civilians. This time Russia fired on a train filled with fleeing people from the Donetsk Region of Ukraine.
6:52 AM: Russia installed a puppet mayor in Mariupol after masked soldiers kidnapped Mayor Ivan Fedorov. People saw the mayor being lead away with a bag over his head.
10:41 AM: Russian forces are killing civilians then looting stores and homes across occupied sections of southern Ukraine.
11:27 AM: Ukrainian President Volodymy Zelenskyy announced that he will address the United States Congress virtually on Wednesday to ask for more assistance in holding off Russia.
