Salem, SC: No charges will be filed against a unnamed 74 year old mane who shot and killed a 29 year old man who he just rescued from Lake Keowee, because he claimed it was in self defense. The 29 year old became agitated after he was pulled in the boat after he fell off of a jet ski. The 29 year old starting assaulting the 74 year old and his wife then he got his gun and shot the younger man.
