5:02 AM: Tass news has said that Putin and Kremlin critic Aleksei Navalny was found guilty of fraud.

6:17 AM: Ukrainian President Zelenskyy that some Ukrainian cities have been bombed by Russia beyond recognition.

6:24 AM: Kyiv, UKR: The Ukrainians have said that they have retaken a strategic suburb of Kyiv as Russia attempts to squeeze the capital.

9:25 AM: A Russian court has sentenced Aleksei Navalny to 9 years in prison.

12:08 PM: An estimation by the United States has concluded that Russia has lost more than 10% of their military in the invasion force on the ground in Ukraine, since the beginning of the Russian invasion.

3:49 PM: The Dutch Royal Family has said that it would allow 20-30 Ukrainian refugees to stay in one of the family’s castles. This would be around 6-8 families. Het Oude Loo Castle is located in the center of the Netherlands in the city of Apeldoorn.

6:40 PM: A United States official said that President Joe Biden plans to sanction hundreds of Russian politicians in the Duma, the lower house of parliament.
