New Mexico’s Occupational Healthy and Safety Bureau has fined Rust production company $139,793, which is the highest fine they could levy after actor & producer Alec Baldwin shot and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins with a gun they allegedly thought was not loaded last October. They levied the fine for the production company’s willful fun sarety.
