Originally Posted at 6:55 PM on 4/20: Duluth, MN: The Duluth Police Chief Mike Tucksen announced that 5 people were found dead in an East Hillside residence after the police responded for a welfare check on a resident in the residence yesterday at 11:18AM. The police got an alert that the person had access to weapons. The police even found a dead dog at the residence.
4/21 @ 4:33 PM: Duluth Police Chief Mike Tucksen said that Brandon Taylor Cole-Skogstad sent a message to the police that he intended to hurt himself as well as other family members. Officers arrived at 12:30 PM CDT and heard a single shot. Around 3 PM CDT The officers entered the home and found 5 dead people and 1 dead dog.
