Albany, NY: New York’s Attorney General Lititia James has filed a civil lawsuit against former President Donald J. Trump, Donald J. Trump Jr., Eric Trump, Ivanka Trump, Allen Weisselberg, Jeffrey McConney, The Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust and the Trump Organization Inc., and also other business associates of the former president. In the lawsuit the state alledges that the organizations were involved in an expansive fraud lasting over a decade that enriched the former President and his associates.
