Moscow, RU: The United States Embassy in Moscow has issued a security alert which urged Americans to leave Russia immediately while they still can since Russian President Vladimir Putin’s order for partial mobilization of Russian men to fight in his war against Ukraine.
The alert said: “Russia may refuse to acknowledge dual nationals’ U.S. citizenship, deny their access to U.S. consular assistance, prevent their departure from Russia, and conscript dual nationals for military service.”
