Athens, GA.: Athens-Clarke County police have an arrest warrant for former Georgia Bulldogs star football player Jalen Carter in connection with the accident which killed teammate Devin Willock, 20, and team staff member Chandler LeCroy, 24, who was drinking and racing Carter at 104 m.p.h. down the street when LeCroy crashed his vehicle. Carter was expected to be a high NFL draft pick and said that he witnessed the accident, distantly. The warrant charges him with reckless driving and racing.
