Helena, MT.: Montana State Representative Zooey Zephyr has sued Montana to get back on the House floor. According to her lawsuit, her capitol key card was deactivated, keeping her from entering the capitol entrances, bathrooms and her party offices. Last week, the Montana State House kicked her from being on the House floor because she had the nerve to give an impassioned speech.
