Fort Wayne, In- An Indiana mother has been arrested for selling her 13 year old daughter to a 27 year old man, Zee Kdee Ya, who was arrested also. The mom and her husband were forcing the daughter to marry Ya, and we’re planning on celebrating the wedding at a party. The police and the Department of Children Services stopped the wedding after a friend of the daughter notified the authorities. The wedding contract was signed in Burmese.
