8:44 AM: Russia claim that they are reducing military activities near Kyiv as peace talks are underway discussing a possible cease fire.
6:11 PM It appears that 2 Ukrainian helicopters fired on a Russian Military camp and hit a fuel depot in the Russia. This would be the first incident of Ukraine firing back into Russia since the invasion began.
