1:09 AM: Near Lviv, Ukraine, Russian missiles struck a military training base in western Ukraine killing at least 9 and injuring 57. The International Peacekeeping and Security Center is about 12 miles from the Polish Border.

1:48 PM: The United States has warned Russia of a full NATO response if they attack Poland.

5:59 PM: A Russian prosecutor issued warning to Western companies that were operating in Russia by threatening to arrest corporate leaders who criticize the Russian government, and they will also seize assets if they withdraw from Russia.
